Red Rays rugs were conceptualized in South India. Re rays are the rays of the Indian sun at the sunset, full of positive power and energy. Red is the color of fire, warmth and vitality which enriches human life with courage and hope. 

Kosta believes in the power of colors on the human spirit and dedicates this collection to the red. 

These rugs are ethically produced in the ancient city of Bhaktapur in Nepal using the Tibetan carpet-making technique. The process is defined by giving emphasis on precision, finishing of the edges and details, while introducing a higher knot density than what is commonly used.
