Once back to Cyprus Kota feels full of new energy and enthusiasm. His artistic creation is still heavily influenced by his long stay in Thailand and those memories are very vivid in his mind. 

The Spaced Out Series collects watercolors from this transition period. The beauty of the Cypriot nature and long time friends are all inspirations for new artwork. 

The use of the colors and the composition bring back to the Thai paintings but there is a new more rational geometry as if the artist wants to own again in his life no matter where in the world he is.
