Silent is a remote beach in the region of Tangalle in Sri Lanka. Kosta, astonished by the beauty of this beach, observes all of its details: the coconut forest ending on the golden sand and the crystal blue ocean.

He creates this series where each art piece talks about one of these natural details.

These artworks are realized in Batik, a traditional Sri Lankan technique that uses bright colors painted on silk. Kosta has developed a personal improved methodology that prevents colors from cracking over time.
